Founded in 2001, SHRC Limited is an Irish owned management consultancy and Irish learning services company. We provide specialist training and e-learning services to a broad spectrum of business sectors within Ireland.
SHRC take pride in producing bespoke, high-quality learning materials for a range of delivery methods including face-to-face, blended learning and fully online courses. We develop highly effective e-learning and performance improvement solutions to deliver valuable skills and awareness training through meaningful, effective and motivating learning experiences. Our team of learning specialists and instructional and graphic designers provide innovative learning solutions tailored to suit the unique needs of both the client and learner. The e-learning team specialise in instructional videos and highly interactive rapid e-learning courses. We have developed strong working relationships with consultants in key areas to provide a wider range of tailored services for our clients. At SHRC we have our own Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). We write, develop and deliver our own e-learning courses as well as working with external SMEs to develop content for our client organisations.
The Learning Rooms
In 2013 SHRC launched The Learning Rooms. The Learning Rooms is based on the Learning Management System Moodle and allows SHRC to deliver full e-learning courses and blended learning programmes to our client organisations and individuals. The Learning Rooms features over 50 hours of premium-quality e-learning content that is designed to suit staff at all levels. The courses offer an intensive, highly engaging learning experience and include frequent interaction along with peer and tutor support through scaffolded online discussions. SHRC deliver high quality e-learning on leading management practice in keys areas including; performance management, policies and procedures and conflict resolution. It also offers courses in specialist health and safety areas.
